We monitor the products at every stage of the process. By using path registration, unique barcodes and automatic tracking & tracing, we know every tomato from harvest to shelf.
Our highly qualified inspection team has the RIK (internal quality control regulations) certificate. This demonstrates that we have a quality management system in place which ensures an optimum inspection process. And our quality controllers also check the product after packaging. A sample is taken from each consignment for a shelf life test. Working in this way means that RedStar always has a clear insight into the quality and shelf life of products.
